1. Introduction

• At Keopic, we provide rental services and strive to ensure a seamless experience. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Rental Agreement

• The rental period begins and ends as per the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Customers are responsible for handling rented equipment with care.
• Any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment during the rental period will be the customer's responsibility.
• Extensions to the rental period must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
• As our services are rental-based, returns are not accepted. However, refunds may be available under specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Customers can cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental period for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after the 48-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If the rental period has already started, no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
• If Keopic cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If the customer cancels the booking at least 48 hours before the rental period.
• If the delivered equipment is faulty or non-functional and a replacement is unavailable.
• Customers must provide proof of the issue (photos, videos, or a detailed explanation) for refund consideration.
• Refund requests will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Service fees or administrative charges may be non-refundable.
• To request a refund, contact our support team at contact@keopic.com with your booking details.

5. Use of Equipment

• Equipment must be used solely for its intended purpose.
• Subleasing or unauthorized transfer of rented equipment is strictly prohibited.
• Customers must ensure proper handling and storage of the equipment during the rental period.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Keopic website, services, content, features, and branding are the exclusive property of Keopic and its licensors.
• All elements of the service, including but not limited to images, logos, product descriptions, and text, are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
• Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of Keopic’s website or services without prior written consent.
• Any unauthorized use of Keopic’s trademarks, brand name, or content may result in legal action.

7. Waiver and Severability

• Failure by Keopic to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

8. Authorization and Access

• Keopic grants users a limited, non-transferable license to use its website and services for personal purposes only.
• Users may not download, copy, resell, or commercially exploit any content without written consent.
• Users may not use bots, automated tools, or data mining techniques to extract information from the website.
• Unauthorized access attempts, including hacking or password mining, are strictly prohibited.
• Users may not post, upload, or transmit any content that:
• Belongs to another person and is shared without proper authorization.
• Contains offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal material.
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights.
• Violates any law in force.
• Contains harmful software such as viruses or malware.
• Misleads or deceives other users.
• Threatens public order, national security, or promotes illegal activities.
• Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the user's permission to access Keopic’s services.

9. Liability and Damages

• Keopic is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of rented equipment.
• In case of damage or loss, the customer will be liable for repair or replacement costs as determined by Keopic.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect equipment before use and report any issues immediately.

10. Disclaimer

• User Acknowledgment
  By accessing and using the services of Keopic, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are conducted at your own risk. You are responsible for exercising due diligence and prudent judgment before making any purchase or rental.
• Product Representation
  Keopic makes every effort to accurately depict products, including their color, size, shape, and appearance. However, actual product attributes may vary due to differences in screen settings on mobile and computer devices.
• Third-Party Liability
  Keopic does not make any warranties or representations regarding the products listed on the Marketplace. The Company does not endorse or support the sale or purchase of any products, whether explicitly or implicitly. It is not liable for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in third-party information displayed on the platform.
• No Ownership or Control Over Products
  Keopic holds no ownership, rights, or interest in any product(s) sold through bipartite agreements between users and third-party sellers. The Company has no control over product quality, availability, or fulfillment and shall not be responsible for delays, shortages, or out-of-stock items.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  This User Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
• Dispute Resolution
  Any disputes or differences, including interpretation of this agreement, shall be resolved through arbitration by an independent arbitrator appointed by Keopic. The arbitration shall be conducted as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), in Delhi, India, with proceedings held in English.
• Jurisdiction
  Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from this agreement.
• By continuing to use Keopic, you agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.

11. Amendments

• Keopic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
